Kempinski Resort HotelThis project is locate 30 km from Gibraltar airport and a few minute to the city of Estepona. Within a plot surface of 33.465 m2, where the river Padrón flows to the ample frontage of the mediterranean sea, a five star hotel is built with 53.026 m2 of construction, dividing the hotel into 150 hotel rooms and a private wing with 89 luxury apartments together with a medical center, a health Spa and sporting facilities with their respective restaurants next to the beach.
