Marbella Club (1985)

This project is located along a 300 meters long plot between the main street and the beach zone, with a minimum slope of 18 metres above sea level, and 50 km from the Málaga airport.

Within the existing Marbella Club hotel of 42.144 m2, 16.000 m2 is built in form of 50 suites and 70 rooms and bungalows are being redesigned and renovated, together with the existing beach club area.

The suites located over the beach club are developed around of a "espacio vacio" formed by the beach club that it is proposed to be the principal vacio.

Regarding to the reception, it is designed to maintain the central patio as a principal vacio.
