Landscape Design
Melvin Villarroel believes that one can also intervene directly in nature, not by only following it for its information and styudy, but also by substantially modifying it in order to improve it. The existing or added vegetation, the form giver of the void space, acts like the coating, complementing architecture without altering it.
We understand the building not only as a container of social life but also as container of the surrounding landscape life. In all tourist developments we try to develop a built structure that never exceeds 25% of the land, allowing thus the use of the other 75% for void spaces enhanced by landscape and garden design.
