Pablo Villarroel

Pablo received in 1990 his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. (USA). Ever since he has been working in the family Architectural Studio and has completed multi-scale projects throughout Spain, Morocco and China. As a principal architect his primary involvement focuses on architectural design development and project execution.

Matias Villarroel

Matias received in 1994 his cum laude Bachelor of Architecture degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. (USA). In 1996 he completed his Masters in Business (MBA) at Columbia University in New York, where he also worked as a Vice-President at Morgan Stanley. Ever since he has been working in the family Architectural Studio and has completed multi-scale projects throughout Spain, Morocco and China. As a principal architect his primary involvement focuses on architectural design development and urban planning. Matias is the Key Client Contact.

Antonia Villarroel

Antonia received in 1992 her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. (USA). Ever since she has been working in the family Architectural Studio and has completed multi-scale projects throughout Spain, Morocco and China. As a principal architect her primary involvement focuses on architectural design development, interior design, and landscape architecture. She was instrumental in the compilation and design of the MELVIN VILLARROEL’s Architecture book “La Arquitectura del Vacío”.

Miguel Ferrer

Miguel has more than 30 years of design experience and has collaborated with MELVIN VILLARROEL since 1983. As a senior designer his primary involvement focuses on architectural design development. He graduated in 1981 with a degree in Architecture from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Miguel has also produced extensive artwork and exhibited in numerous galleries.

Zhang Min

Zhang Min graduated from the college of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University in Shanghai, China in 1997. That same year, he started working as a professional architect in East China Architectural Design & Research Institute (ECADI). In 2005, Zhang Min took the post as a manager in the design department of Shanghai Goodland Group Company and successfully completed various architectural projects including residential buildings, hotels, and offices. In 2012, Zhang Min became director and partner of MELVIN VILLARROEL • Architecture, Planning & Landscape Design (Shanghai Office).
